Besides individual appointments for massage and acupuncture, we now offer a variety of classes to inspire and promote a healthy lifestyle. In addition, organic, botanically-based skincare, massage and aromatherapy products are available for purchase in our Asian-inspired retail/gift shop, which is very reasonably priced. Packages including multiple services or multiple visits, corporate memberships, and on-site work are also available and may include favorable discounts. Our Staff

Sharmin Finn, Licensed Massage Therapist and Owner, Westlake Wellbeing -With over seventeen years experience in massage therapy, bodywork, and spa management, Sharmin offers un-rushed deep relaxation massage therapy and body treatments and manages the Westlake office. Westlake Wellbeing is also the provider for massage therapy services in the Wellness Center, Gregory Gym, for UT Recreational Sports and has performed in that capacity for over twelve years. Sharmin majored in Business Management at Texas State University, received her basic and advanced massage therapy training at The Lauterstein Conway School of Massage in Austin, Texas, and is a Texas Real Estate Broker.

Lori Dupree, Licensed Massage Therapist -Lori has over fourteen years of experience in massage therapy, is degreed in recreational administration, teaches at one our local massage schools, and is a competitive athlete. Her highly competent deep tissue massage is not for the squeamish, delivered with minimal lubricant, and to be appreciated for those who enjoy very deep work from a highly experienced deep tissue therapist. Lori will be a participant in the 2010 Paralympics Archery Games in the United Kingdom.

Kay Hutchinson -Kay studied in a three years residential program of Chinese medicine emphasizing medical qi gong clinical applications, meditations and movement at the Longevity Institute in San Jose. She is also certified in acupressure from Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA and Chinese herbal medicine via studies with master herbalist John Fung. Thus, she offers a integrated body, mind and spirit growth experience.

Sheila Doyle, Licensed Massage Therapist -Sheila Doyle is a Texas licensed massage therapist with over five years of experience and extensive training in Thai massage, therapeutic massage and hydrotherapy. Sheila is an energetic person who loves people and wants to dedicate her life to body work. She finds touch a powerful tool in improving the lives of others. She is active and positive, and believes this energy brings an added element to her massage practice. Sheila received her training at the Educating Hands School of Massage in Maimi, Fl.

Mark Odhner -Mark Odhner is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned his Masters in Professional Counseling at Argosy University in Washington, DC, and has worked in multiple mental health settings. He has specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. He offers a blend of traditional and modern therapy to provide a unique approach for everyone. Mark works with clients from all backgrounds, but specializes in working with parents with children diagnosed with diabetes, and those closest to them.

Charlotte Jernigan, Certified -National Ayurveda Medical Association - Charlotte has an integrated practice which combines Certified Ayurveda (health), Jyotish (life choices/eastern astrology) and Hastasamudrika (hand analysis) and Vastushastra (science of living spaces) and combines these ancient disciplines to specialize in a "whole life" approach to wellness. Ayurveda client evaluation and education sessions combine written intake and extensive dialogue with analysis of pulse, tongue, hand and other body markings to provide the client with a six to eight week action plan for self-healing and a specific target for follow-ups. Separate, more detailed Jyotish/eastern-astrology or hand-analysis sessions are done independently of Ayurveda.
